Our paper Doubly robust nonparametric efficient estimation for healthcare provider evaluation is now published in JRSS-A. We propose doubly robust estimators based on Targeted Minimum Loss-Based Estimation (TMLE) for indirect standardization parameters relevant to healthcare provider profiling.
